One luxury brand storytelling tactic that brands have been doing for decades is sharing real stories. Its true that there is a place in content marketing for pieces that arent strictly stories. They may seem similar but they are, in fact, quite different. Stories are universal in that they can bridge cultural, linguistic and age-related divides. If your site fails to fulfil the requirement of the users and they do not find you unique enough, then they are sure to visit your competitors.

Social media scheduling can be a time-consuming process. Storytelling is one of the oldest of human endeavors, and they give us our understanding of the world and our place in it. Studies have shown that storytelling for business really works. They are hardwired into us, just like our taste buds process sweet, sour, bitter, and salt. While minimalism is a very popular art movement thats also represented in fashion, the idea of only having the bare necessities can be applied to luxury brand storytelling as well. This is not a transparent process.

This is where the adventure takes off, while the protagonist must overcome a series of obstacles. That makes it easier to remember. This structure is in our minds. Have you tried storytelling in business to boost customer engagement? Use action rather than non-action verbs to keep readers captivated. Hopefully youll be able to approach the stories from a nice new angle.

Slowly, charts, images and other visual input are starting to take up whole slides. Nike is taking storytelling serious. Man and woman are two locked caskets, of which each contains the key to the other. Often times, this is an easy way to pick-up on words that are disruptive to our ears. Would storytelling with data be a likely mechanism for your company? Otherwise, you will face unnecessary resistance.

That in itself could be a story, and then the destruction of the city would probably be the inciting incident, and the story would be about how he struggles to rebuild the city, or how he takes his family and leaves in search for a new home. Interestingly, on this spectrum between profit maximization and altruism, homo sapiens sit pretty much exactly in the middle. And yes, the stories we tell ourselves are just as important as the stories we tell other people. What succor, what consolation is there in truth, compared to a story? What good is truth, at midnight, in the dark, when the wind is roaring like a bear in the chimney? When the lightning strikes shadows on the bedroom wall and the rain taps at the window with its long fingernails? No. It helps to draw the audiences attention to problems and inspire them to take action by creating hope and excitement.
